This is your chance as a resident to find out more about the security project and for you as a member of Brunaly Park to give your input into the security project and to choose the new board of directors for 2026/2027.

This meeting has a far-reaching influence on your personal safety and the continuation of the security project.

For municipal complaints that have not been resolved within a reasonable time (only once you have obtained a Reference Number), you may email it to your Ward Councillor at This email address is being protected from spambots. Home alarm monitoring - Ditaba our contracted security service provider

Home alarm monitoring is a project within the Brunaly Park security model which provides residents with communication access to the service provider's control room and the Brunaly dedicated armed response vehicle.

Members of Brunaly Park who have fully paid up accounts may participate in the home alarm monitoring project without incurring additional monthly fees. 

To participate in the home alarm monitoring, the following procedure needs to be followed:

1. If you are not a member of Brunaly, provide us with a completed and signed membership form and debit order form - see How to join?

2. Send an email request to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for home alarm monitoring with the following details:

  • Full names and surname
  • Address
  • Cell phone number
  • Whether you already have an alarm system installed in your home or not
  • If not, indicate if you will need a quotation for installation of hardware in you home

3. Brunaly will contact you to have you sign a security service provider agreement

4. A technical member of the service provider will contact you for free installation of the radio transmitter. Please make sure that you are satisfied that the transmission of alarm signals to the control room has been properly tested.

TAKE NOTE:

1. The service provider will only provide armed response services to Members of Brunaly Park as the dedicated vehicle is contracted to Brunaly Park and only Members have access to the vehicle. Residents in the area who do not want to participate in the project, will not have an option to directly contract the service provider.

2. Residents are liable for all costs of hardware / maintenance of home alarm systems.

3. The service provider does not handle any paperwork. Brunaly will facilitate the contract with the service provider.

4. Body corporates within the area will have the option of free fence monitoring if at least 50% of units within the body corporate participate as Members of Brunaly Park.
