What does the Brunaly fee buy for us?

If there are 70 crime incidents per month in Sector 1 of the Garsfontein Police District (a realistic number), and Brunaly Park consists of 9% of the land area of Sector 1, then one would expect 6 of those crime incidents to happen in Brunaly Park. Actually, most months by far we have no crime incidents. That is what the security gate guards do for us.

The material damage of a break-in easily exceeds R20 000 to R40 000 (stolen goods plus property damage due to forced entry). However, the cost of trauma to your family is not easily determined; psychological services quickly double these costs.

Some kinds of injury can never be undone.
